Ramada Encore By Wyndham Whale Cove, Hervey Bay

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The facilities were beautiful, and my family enjoyed the spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was a highlight for the kids. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues that detracted from our overall experience, particularly with bugs in the bathroom and the floor not being properly cleaned.

I had a pleasant stay at the townhouse, which was conveniently located near Woolworths for groceries and just a short drive to the center of Hervey Bay. The small courtyards were perfect for my kids, and they loved the pool. The staff made the check-in and check-out process smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary DVD rentals and beach towels. However, I found the main bed a bit too soft for my liking, and not all rooms had air conditioning, which was a downside.

I had a great stay at the resort, enjoying a spacious townhouse that comfortably housed four adults. The pool and spa were lovely and always inviting. The only downside was a lack of power points in one bedroom. All in all, it’s a comfortable place, close to shops and the marina, and I would definitely return.
